These terms explain the website information and the basic scope of the live online workshop packages. Updated: October 9, 2026.
Enquiries and booking
An enquiry or visit to this website does not itself confirm a booking or payment. The site has no online booking or payment function. Before preparation begins, the written proposal confirms the learning priorities, team size, excerpts, session count and duration, materials, programme revisions, preparation period, live dates, meeting platform, total fee, applicable taxes and payment terms. Rescheduling, cancellation and changes are agreed in writing.
Materials and participation
You supply relevant excerpts within the chosen package limits and confirm permission to use and discuss them with the group. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential information, or agree how it will be handled. The organising contact confirms the starting level, coordinates programme review and communicates meeting access arrangements to participants.
Workshop delivery
The packages cover one team learning in English through live online sessions on a mutually agreed video meeting platform. Each session includes guided practice and group feedback. Participants need suitable access to that platform; the website does not provide a video classroom or account system. We agree practical participation needs before the session.
The workshops provide practice and editorial tools. They do not include individual editing of full manuscripts, one-to-one coaching, recordings, translation, certification, travel or venue hire. In-person delivery requires a separate quote. Results in later documents depend on participants’ use of the methods.

Discuss this packageIndicative fees in Canadian dollars for one team learning in English. Each session includes guided practice and group feedback. Document limits cover all supplied excerpts used to tailor the exercises. Programme revision rounds are consolidated comments on the proposed agenda and materials before delivery. Preparation starts after scope approval and receipt of all materials; time waiting for your review is additional. Live session dates are agreed separately, subject to availability. Delivery uses a mutually agreed video meeting platform; no meeting software is embedded in this site. The written quote confirms the total fee, any applicable taxes, payment terms and schedule. Individual manuscript editing, recordings, translation, certification, travel and venue hire are outside these packages.
Preparation, revisions and live dates
Preparation begins after the scope and all materials are confirmed. Waiting for your programme review is additional. One programme revision round means a consolidated set of comments on the proposed agenda and exercise materials before delivery. Changing the learning priorities, replacing excerpts after preparation or increasing the group size may require an updated quote and timetable, agreed before additional work.
The preparation periods are not dates for the live sessions. Live dates are agreed separately, subject to availability, with sufficient time for programme review. The organising contact coordinates participant availability and any agreed meeting access arrangements.
Illustrative exercises
Sections marked “Illustrative exercise” show examples of editing and feedback choices. The wording is used for discussion; the appropriate revision for a team’s documents depends on the facts, purpose, reader and agreed style.
Individual agreements and information
The accepted written proposal sets the arrangements for each workshop. This page does not replace those agreements or limit rights that apply to your situation. Information handling is described in Privacy, and the optional browser preference in Cookies & storage.
