What the website does
These pages do not include accounts, booking forms, online payments, advertising tags or analytics tools. They do not load external fonts or scripts. Email and phone links open applications on your device; the site does not automatically transmit your enquiry or register participants.
Enquiries and workshop information
Contact details, team information and document excerpts you share are used to respond, prepare a quote, agree the programme and deliver the workshop. Share only the information needed. Avoid account credentials and unnecessary personal information about participants or other people.
Documents used in exercises
Share excerpts you have permission to use. Remove or anonymise personal and sensitive details where possible, and agree which materials can be discussed with the full group. Handling arrangements, access and retention for supplied documents are confirmed before preparation. Participants should follow the agreed confidentiality arrangements for material discussed during the sessions.
Live meeting platform
The online sessions use a video meeting platform agreed before delivery. It is separate from this website and may process participant names, audio, video or other meeting information according to its own settings and policies. Access and any relevant settings are agreed with the organising contact. The packages do not include recordings, and this website has no recording function.
Retention and requests
Enquiries and workshop materials are retained according to the agreed work, follow-up needs and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Document access, return and deletion arrangements are confirmed as part of the engagement; this page does not set a single period for every case. Contact us to ask about information relating to you or request access, correction or deletion as applicable. We may need to confirm your identity and the information concerned.
Optional browser preference
Choosing “Close and remember” saves kaxixstam_notice_v1 with the value seen in localStorage. It remembers closure of the notice. The code does not send that value to a server, and it has no programmed expiry. You can remove it on the Cookies & storage page or by clearing browser site data.
Hosting environment
A hosting provider may process technical request details, such as an IP address, to deliver pages and maintain the service. The scope and retention of those records depend on the provider and configuration. These website files do not add advertising or analytics systems. If deployment adds data-processing functions, the privacy information should be updated to match them.
